We are seeking a Plumber for our 440 Unit all market apartment community located in Somersworth NH. Join our maintenance team and take pride in this beautiful property that has recently added a new maintenance shop building.
Responsibilities:
· Accurately complete and record resident work orders in a timely manner with a focus on resident service
·Perform daily routine plumbing work orders
· Perform Unit turnovers replacing showers and fixtures
· Repair Combi boilers and replace AHU and RTU air filters
Requirements and Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent certification preferred
· Previous experience in building maintenance or similar trades
· Basic computer skills. Email and work order software
