As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our project management team in all aspects of large construction and development projects.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinating and overseeing project documentation, including RFIs, Submittals, and Change Orders.
Conducting regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Facilitating effective communication among project team members
Assisting in the preparation of project status reports and weekly meetings
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
5 years experience in construction management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
